Q.What is the fastest way to receive Buyer 2008 Packet?
A. When choosing the method of sending next year's packet; you may want to remember that packets are first e-mailed, then faxed, and lastly mailed.

Q. How do I order tickets?
A. To order tickets you must have a buyer packet; the process slows if you send us an e-mail requesting tickets, click here and fill out form - this is the only way to order tickets.

Q. How are orders filled and given priority?
A. Time and date of a faxed order form and contract establishes the priority of your request. If no signature and credit card number, No priority...NO order.

Q. How do I know my order was received?
A. Set your fax machine to give you a sent report, ask us by e-mail.

Q. Can tickets be paid for with a credit card?
A. NO...Tickets are paid for by Check, Cash, Cashiers Check or Money Order by mail at time of confirmation. Credit Cards are ONLY to GUARANTEE PAYMENT.

Q. How do I fill out the section for choices of Club Suites, Court Side Boxes, or Front Row?
A. CIRCLE 1 - for the type of seating you most prefer from the 3 choices;
A. CIRCLE 2 - for the type of seating you will accept if your first choice is not available;
A. CIRCLE 3 - for the type of seating you will accept if your first 2 choices are not available;
A. CIRCLE NONE - for the type of seat you will not accept.

Q. Can purchased tickets be mailed?
A. If a prepaid Shipping Form is enclosed with your Cashiers Check or Money Order Ticket Payment, we will send your tickets when your payment arrives. (If a personal check is sent with the shipping form, tickets will not be sent until check clears.)

Q. How are ONLY Saturday March 18 ticket orders filled?
A. Priority is given to buyers having tickets ordered. for Saturday and other sessions.

Q. What if I made a mistake on my original order?
A. Make your corrections, Write REVISION at the top, refax. Your original sent date will be your priority.

Q. When will we know when our ticket order is filled?
A. When the tickets are actually in hand, depends when they are sent out.

Q. What direction is what?
A. The ends of the court (base line) are North and South, Center court is East and West.
The Sun rises in the East Sets in the West. The West side is the shadier side in the afternoon.
Seats up front receive little shade Rows A - D. Seats in Rows L-P are in a more shaded area.

Q. What does a row or a box consist of? What is Front Row?
A. A box is a TIER and consists of two (2) rows and 8 seats;
Seats 1- 4 = Row 1, Seats 5-8 = Row 2.
FRONT ROW is a TIER and consists of two (2) rows;
Seats 1- 4 = Row 1, Seats 5-8 = Row

Q. Are Sessions 1 and 2 being Brokered or Donated?
A. Sellers - remember we are not brokering or donating Sessions 1 and 2 - check your ticket parameters. If you send them, we will try to return them; if not, please pick them up after March 9, 2007.

A. In any manner you feel comfortable; at this time Priority mail is fine, if you wish a signature, there is someone available to sign at all times.
